How do you suppose you're going to do that? The only way you're going to achieve more lift is buying more parts to install. You could put some spacers and shackles in for 1 1/2 more inches of lift.
f-150 spacers in the front and in the rear I would use a mono leaf and SOA.
you may have a problem with your caster if you didn't use extended radius arms.
this wouyld give you about 4" in the front and about 5" in the rear
yo I bought Superlift brackets with 4"-5.5" holes and for springs I mixed the james duff coil springs and f-150 coil spacers and it leveled out perfectly. for the rear I did a AAL mono, but it lifted me up to high like high enough for the 6" lift and very stiff- skyjacker AAL
