Well since there is no football on tv this sunday, we have decided to throw the 2" jacker kit in ExplorerEddie's rig. I haven't taken a close look but we plan on reusing his bilsteins and need help with the add-a-leaf directions. I think the front should be easy. DO we need new pins in the leaf pac.
Thanks

The Add a leaf should have came with pins..Yes, you will need them.
Real simple. jack the side you are doing..Place a jackstand under the frame, just in front og the spring, remove the wheel, remove the lower shock bolt, remove the sway bar bolts, remove the u-bolts...
slow jack the axle off the spring...cut the old eyebolt, careful..it is under pressure..Insert the add a leaf under the top spring, use c-clamps to hold the pack together until the eyebolt is tight..Reverse instructions...
Same for the other side..
Good Luck.

mission accomplished
Never touched the shock mounts or the sway bars and everything fell into place perfect. Looks great and I even was forced to go buy a grinder, and got my 4.10 rear disc axle, what a day, working on Explorer stuff for 9 hours.
