I have a 2014 Ford Explorer. 1 key stopped working (no crank, just lights) and the other one worked, but also had battery issues. Battery tested bad, so I had it replaced. Still having issue with the one key, no crank and says System Starting Fault. Seems like it must be something to do with the PATS system but have been unable to find a DIY solution. Should I just take it in to have it checked or is there something I can do from home? Thanks

Did you change the vehicle's battery? You mentioned in another thread "You were right, it was the battery. Thanks" but didn't say if you changed it.
If you changed it, make sure the connections are tight and did you leave the vehicle sit undisturbed for 8 hours?

Yes, I had a new one put it and let it sit. The key issue was happening with the old battery too, that is what kind of kicked off the fun
