2" max on torsion adj?...Help.

Okay got a silly question here, but if you don't ask you'll never know, so here goes - to lift the front (2000 X) which way do you wind the bolts laying underneath with feet towards the rear & head towards the front.
I've just done a coil over leaf rear & it raised the back about 40mm so gotta lift the front now.

Clockwise. It doesn't matter which way you lay, its still clockwise.

So, what exactly is a "coil over leaf rear". Got any pictures?
