2 questions before end of warranty

First off I have noticed a slight jerk after turning slowly out of a parking spot. It has happened in reverse ,and also in drive. Always when moving very slowly and then it happens when given a little gas. Not very often but I have noticed it a few times.
Second, twice now when its in park and turned off then the rear hatch is closed it moves about 6 inches or so. Very scary.
I have spent some time on here looking for answers and am having a hard time finding them. Any ideas? or previous threads? or search terms?

Sorry, I knew I was forgetting something. Its an 04 EB 4.0.
And on question 2 the vehicle itself moves.
