You know that today is the Real April Fools day for the few people that one and stumbled across the Extreme Aztec website. Now today it's some kind of Explorer website! What the!?!

Hi my name is AJ, I am a 2001 sport addict. My sport is currently pretty stock. The mods so far- clarion dxz715 HU, 2 12" JLw0's, zapco AG350. 20% tints up front to match factory rear tints, Lund Windjammer, Amber Pilot fog lights(one just stopped working so soon to be thrown off a bridge) , in the mail are my 20's ( taking a damn year).

black billet grill
black safari bar with HELLA Blackmagiks
white neon underbody kit ( maybe )

I've had my 2001 Sport about a month now.
No mod's yet except for replacing the stock cd player.
Just looking around here for things to change. I will probably change the shocks very soon, then get the clear corners that Black Magic just put in. Then new speakers. after that I'm not sure.

Im thinkin to give her some off road advantages- pretty stock right now, just tell me what you all think. I really want a lift and bigger tires but trying to find cheap but quality way.

Tonight, I just bought Naplesbill's speed grille (from street scene) top and lower. I just need to take my tow hooks off now.

I also bought clear corners from F1Sport on E-bay for 40 bucks, so i saved about 20-30 bucks. I just need to find the silver spray paint, to paint over the bulbs.

I will post pictures after I get back from vacation in two weeks.

Bryan from southern cali here, where their are no freakin trails to womp(not close to me at least), so its all about the street cruisin. Anyways I got 2 12 inch fogates in the back powered by a koiler 600 watt amp, a sony mdx 7000 head unit,j and pioneer 3 ways all around. Lets just say that I am the reigin system champ at my school, no1 challenges me to a bump off ne more! I just ordred my speed grill and it should be in by next saturday. I put tenzo 800 halogen fog lights because my X came with none. Got the clear corners and soon after put the strobes in. Hiper white lights and blue turn signals with green valve stem lights! And I'm not even close to being done Check out the link in my sig. to see my pix!

Hi, im Michael. I got a 2002 x sport, i got clear corners, tinted windows, look at sig. i want to get a street scene speed grille, but i cant find the top and bottom. I also want to get 20's but i have no money, i want to get altezza lights and a drop, but they dont make either of those. just bought 2 12" jl w0's

No mods yet except for changing the stock cd player to a stock 6 disk player(in dash).Thats a bonus when you work at a ford plant(hee-hee)

btw, the ford " prem audio" system is a joke. they put a 8 inch sub, 6 cd chager and call it prem lol. Oh and the speakers look like the ones from my 95' X. (sorry for that rant)

Mainly worked on my audio system (see sig).
Just bought some clear corners (ebay) and need to find some sliver hi temp paint (home depot i guess).

I am always reading this forum, just never post anything . You guys have been a great help.

hows it goin. i recently bought my black 2001 sport last february (and lovin' it). unfortunately no mods right now. soon i hope. time will tell. i wanna mine to resemble the matts 01 sport from the featured explorers. the matt with a 4 inch lift and muds. cuz for some reason IMO, it looks damn good without the bottom fog light set up, with a 4 inch lift.

but i do have one little itch about my sport. ever since i got the 00m12 done, it would make a rattling noise under acceleration for about a few seconds..then goes away. and also when i start it up after a few hours of its last use. and recently i noticed i can duplicate that sound when i rev it at high rpms when its in park. its not super loud, but i CAN hear it. (especially when i accelerate hard next to a wall, damn echo.)

but thats it! black sports look sweeeeet!
