Hello everyone, my issue is when I turn the key I get one or two clicks. I did have a battery issue and had that tested and replaced. My ignition module has been replaced about four years ago. Could this be the issue again? OBTW, the starter checks good also.

welcome,
thread moved to the Sport Trac sub forum
it will get more traffic there

When the battery was replaced were the cable connections cleaned? Sounds like either there is not enough amps available to kick the starter or the starter relay has some poor contacts.
I have not looked on my trac but on the older sploders and rangers the relay was mounted between the battery and the fuse block and you could short the terminals on top to see if that kicked the starter.

Is the theft light flashing when you try to start it?

I had an aftermarket key with a little tiny battery in it, and if it was too cold I would have to warm the key in my pocket before starting, otherwise it might not be recognized as a proper ignition key by the theft system.
