2001 ford explorer sport CD player problem

Hi, Im new to the fourm and so far i am finding alot of useful information. I have a problem with my 01 ford explorer sport's six changer radio. It skips on alot of brands of blank CDs and they are not at all dirty. I have researched this on the web and couldnt find anything. Anybody got a fix? or the same problem?

Try a different burner. On my heep i have a '98 cd changer. My old burner was a Teac from 2002 in a dell laptop, and using 80min media it would skip the middle songs. It wasnt until i tried a new Samsung CDR 2008 did everything work. Also try different brand of media as another option.
