2001 mercury mountaineer rim size?

ive seen some explorers with 22's and i think they look a little small but idk if 24s will fit?
if they do then where should i go to get the best for the money?
also i was thinkin maybe 22's and lower it a little but im not sure how much that would cost and id want to get better suspension if i did that...hmmm?? any thoughts please?

after reading your topic with those pics, i think im gonna go with 22s an lower it. looks sicc bro. how much is it lowered? and about how much is that to do?

I think he lowered it about 3" look at this threads and you'll see what all he did to it.
