2001 Ranger XLT 4x4 Horn Relay

I believe that the horn relay on my truck is faulty however I cannot locate it. Does anyone know where this is and if a faulty relay can cause just one of the horns to not work. I bought a brand new low tone horn but after installing it found it still to not work thus the reason I suspect the relay is bad.

Welcome to this forum! You said that only one horn works. The relay would control both, so it must be a bad ground connection or a broken wire.
