2001 sport transmission fluid draining

How do you drain all the fluid for the 30k service? dropping the tansmission pan and changing the filter only drains about 35% of the fluid. How do you get the rest out? There is no access to the torque converter without removing the transmission. The converter holds a lot of fluid. Do you open the tranny cooler lines to drain the cooler and torque converter or do you drain/ flush the system by draining and filling through the cooler lines at the same time which can waste a lot of good fluid

Drain and fill through the cooler lines is the easiest way to do it. Takes about 15 quarts to get it to run clear.
