2002 explorer overheating when stopped!

overheating when stopped at red lights. Any ideas? No obvious leaks and not low on coolant....

check you fan clutch to make sure it is locking up. my bet is on a bad fan clutch which is basically not moving enough air to keep the engine cool. Which is why it only overheats at a standstill...

if you do a search on here there are many how to's on checking the fan clutch
