2002 V8 Explorer with a transmission leak.

I had a rebuilt transmission put in my vehicle in January in Phoenix because my O/D light and check trans light was blinking. While changing my oil I notice that transmission fluid is on the pan and other underbody areas. I see some minor dripping on the driveway. Is the only leak the pan gasket?

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the transmissions & transfer cases section. Park it, clean off the old oil, then check it a few hours later.
