2003 Explorer Daytime Running Light Option

I know this probably sounds dumb... but on my wife's 03 Explorer, how can I tell if it has a daytime running light option...

If it doesn't... what do you suggest?

Any cool mods?

Are the lights on in the daytime?

LOL, I knew someone had an answer like that, ROFL. But that is basically it, if your lights are on in the daytime without you switching them on, then bingo, you got it.
