2003 ford sport trac xls lift spindles

I know I can use the fabtech three inch spindles but can I use the max trac ford ranger lift spindles and use the rotors from the ranger as well? it's for a 2wd st

I would stick with Fabtech. They are a known good quality spindle. Regardless of what you use you'll need the ranger rotors,etc.
