2004 Ford Explorer 128K V8. When COLD on first start up in morning(first 3 min) absolutely screams as if no power steering fluid.(fluid fine) I changed the Power steering pump thinking that is what it was since bearing seem to have lot of play, also changed Idler arm pulley, the 2 belt drive pulleys and new serpentine belt. Still screams so loud that can not pinpoint. Seems same area where power steering pump (driver front). Does not make noise when spin water pump alternator individually when belt is off... any ideas would be helpful, or known problems for this explorer would be helpful.

I had an idler pulley that made a lot of noise when cold, but smoothed out when it warmed up. Spinning the pulley by hand only showed a bit of roughness, but no noise. When I pulled it apart, the bearing was completely dry.
