2004 Explorer will not start

Had a friend mechanic test battery (good) alternator (good).. Anyone else have this issue, was mentioned my "cluster" could be bad... The lights come on, gauges act a little hesitate and car won't turn over!! Please advise if you've had this happen to you!

does it crank over at all? have you tried having someone tap on the starter with a hammer while turning it over?

Did you check all connectors and cables? I had a similar sounding problem and I had a positive cable that was completely corroded internally but showed o signs of it from the outside. Check that out if you haven't.
