2004 Limited Conert Third-Row Seats to Standard Interior

Curious about this. I have third row seats and would rather not. Any idea how difficult it would be to swap with a standard non-third row interior? Anyone want to trade? Beige Interior in NE Pennsylvania.

Why? just fold the seat down and leave it that way....

First: I tried to edit this title to read "Convert" but was not allowed. If a moderator could do that I would appreciate it.
Second: The seats do not fold down flat plus I could use the storage space underneath for all the small junk I keep in the car. I have seen various threads on the net about people wanting third-row seats that did not have them so I thought I might luck in to a situation. Thanks again.

both myself and a friend have 04's
I have a 3rd row, he doesn't.
I didn't think the rear of his was any flatter...
