2004 Mountaineer Tire Question

Guys, I have searched and have come up with no info on this. I know you probably get hit with this crap all the time, but I just can't seem to find what I need.

Have an 04 Mountianeer with 16 inch rims. What is the largest size tire I can run without rubbing or issues? Sure it has been asked 100's of times, maybe I am just an idiot.
