I have two 2006 explorers. Both aquired the same problem within weeks of each other. The ABS and traction control lights came on. Then the ABS was engaged makind the vehicle inoperable. I narrowed it to sensors in the wheel bearing and replaced them. Vehicle drives fine now but ABS and trac lights along with the wrench light are on. ABS and trac control does not function and when I put it in 4x4 the wrench goes off. Does anyone have any ideas as to the problem and how to repair it?

It sounds like all you need to do is clear the DTCs (diagnostic trouble codes). You can do this with a code reader or by disconnecting the battery.
I think that maybe I didn't read everything that you posted correctly. My suggestion after rereading your post is to clear the codes and then drive it around with a code reader with you. Then when/if the lights come back on you can pull the DTCs and can isolate the issue.
Also, I noticed that you didn't mention checking the ABS tone rings for damage, missing teeth, or not fully pressed on and that will cause those lights to be on and the systems not working properly.

I have reset the codes by computer reader and disconnecting battery. They will not reset. What are "abs tone rings".

On the inside of the wheel hub about 1" away from the ABS sensor you will see what looks like teeth from a bicycle gear. This is the ring that the sensor uses to detect wheel spin. It is pressed on and can come loose or teeth on the gear can break off causing the correct signal to not be detected by the sensor.
Search ABS ring over on fordparts.com and look at the diagram.
