I have a 2006 Explorer XLT, it has sat and wasn't driven much for almost 3 years. I've changed positions at my job and have days off during the week and will now be driving the Explorer more. I changed out the battery, had to replace a battery terminal clamp and having problems with the gauges. When I turn the key on the lights on the panel come on and it starts with no problems. Some of the warning lights stay on but when I press the gas pedal the gauges go off and then will come back on. I've posted pictures of what I'm talking about.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks everyone

Since it’s been sitting a long time, my first thought would be critters chewing on your wiring. Just look all around for chewed insulation. Maybe loose or corroded fuses or grounds. Also check your air filter (not for the electrical, but just to make sure you don’t have a mouse nest in there)
