Hey there! Normally people are much more responsive to other people's questions on here, but I'll do what I can.
If you're looking for stuff you can do with your radio, check out
Crutchfield. You can tell them what year, make, and model vehicle you have and they will provide radios and speakers that will fit your truck.
Another site i've found to be useful is
JC Whitney. This site is a great parts resource, whether you're looking for parts available stock or looking for something unique to add to your truck.
I think I told you this the other day, but the best way to help acceleration without doing any major work is to reduce weight. Unfortunately, adding a lift and putting bigger tires on your truck will do the opposite- bigger tires and longer springs and suspension assemblies weigh more, and they have greater rolling resistance. If you're looking for better acceleration, a lift may not be the best way to go.
Obviously a cold-air intake will help the engine operate more efficiently, since cold air is more dense than hot air, it takes less work on the engine's part to compress the air for combustion, thereby increasing performance and mileage.
Hope this helps.
