2008 Explorer 45R55S

Just had my transmission completely rebuilt. Now I have a P0715 code "Turbine/input shaft speed sensor circuit" error code. Can this sensor be replaced with the transmssion in the car? Is it possible that there is somethong wrong in the interior of the transmission or just the sensor circuit?

Just noticed I had a finger error.... 5R55S....

Yes it can be replaced, it is the one near the front of the trans, first check to be sure the wire connector is plugged into it.

Who ever rebuilt it should replace it.
