2008 Ranger Fog & Bright Lights On At Same Time

I just bought a 2008 Ford Ranger FX4 and would like to have the bright lights and fog lights on at the same time. I had a 2002 Ford Ranger FX4 and just had to cut one of the terminal posts off of the 48B relay in the fue panel in the engine compartment. I tired that with my new Ranger and no luck. So I am hoping some one has figured out what Ford changed since the 2002 Ranger to make allow me to have my fog lights and bright lights at the same time!!

It is possible for 2007~2008 but not as simple as other years. You'd need to add a new relay and do some rewiring.
