2009 Sport Trac blower motor resistor

The 2 low speeds on my fan have stopped working only the other 2 work. After some research it seems to be the resistor. Was just wanting to make sure if thats what it is and if the location is under the dash on the passanger side. Thanks for any help

I had the same problem last year and it turned out to be the blower motor resistor. Wasn't real expensive to fix and I even took it to the dealer.
