2010 Sport Trac Adrenalin Won't Start After Cluster Swap

Hello all, I am new to this forum and I'm in need of help please. I recently had my truck broken in and audio system stolen and interior vandelized. I went and bought a cluster from the scrap yard and when I installed it, my truck won't start. I put the old one back in (even though it's smashed) the truck starts. Can any one please help. Thank you

The instrument cluster is actually a computer module in the truck and a component of the PATS system. Your truck is not starting due to your replacement cluster not recognizing the PATS code. Ford dealer or perhaps an independent garage with the right equipment should be able to reprogram it for you.

Sgully, would an car audio store know about this as they will be installing an alarm and remote starter for me.
