2010 Ford Sport Trac XLT
I just purchased a 2010 Sport Track with 136,000 miles on it. Still looks pretty new. Anyway, I need to replace the plastic gear or gears for the drivers side power seat that makes the front of the seat go up and down. The motor works and spins the cable but the gears are broken. Where can I purchase these gears? Also looking for the reset code for the door or is there just a way to add my own code? Any assistance will be appreciated very much. Thanks.

You cant buy the gears only(they kinda welded to the seat track frame).
Only the whole seat track could be purchased.

I have the exact same issue with my 2010 Ford STA. I researched it and found that Ford does not make the small plastic gearboxes, you need to replace the entire seat track. This is part #6L2Z-7861711-DR. Brand new it is around $800. I found a used one online in TX for around $200. Unfortunately, the used parts yard has not yet shipped it to me, even though I paid for it about two weeks ago. Be careful here. I will update you on my progress as things unfold. Also, I removed my driver's side seat several weeks back. That was pretty easy. Not sure about attaching the used seat frame to the seat once I get the used seat frame.

OR

You can print the gears from PA6 ( reinforced) or from the PEEK polymers.
