I just had this done, at 31,000 KM. A little late, as I had not had any overheating problems. I also had SYNC updated to the latest version (No Charge). They did charge me $89.99 to "Update Vehicles PCM to the latest software config". Anyone else have this charge added?

That isn't actually a TSB. They call it a Customer Satisfaction Program. I'm not entirely sure what the PCM software config update is. I have had all updates done and wasn't charged for anything.

Update: The reprogramming of the PCM is/was the 12B36 program. And now that blwnsmoke has refreshed my memory, it was free until May 1st. 2013regardless of mileage. I guess you missed out by a month or so.

I thought that was the MFT update/cooling fan reprogram ordeal. If so, it was only free till May. I would have called Ford to complain and get them to cover it.
