2012 Ford Explorer Power Windows wont work - no blown fuses

The power windows wont work on my 2012 ford explorer xlt. I check all fuses (under the hood and inside under the steering wheel) but I did not find any blown fuses. I also tested ALL fuses with a tester. Any ideas what could be wrong?

I just want to clarify that the windows will not work from either the 'master' control on the driver's door or from each individual window switch.

Yes. They won’t work on any door including the master control.

I guess one thing to find out is if there is power going to the driver's master control. It could be a wiring issue.
