If a dealer can't help, then get back to basics...
1) Inner diameter in inches - check both ends, but account for any stretching when it was installed.
2) Length of short end after the 90'-ish bend
3) Length of longer end after the 90'-ish bend
4) What is the approx. degrees of the lesser bend?
Suppose your answers were:
1) 2" ID both ends
2) 4"
3) 10"
4) 30'
In that case, you could "probably" use these 3 parts, cutting off the extra you don't need:
8" 30' bend -
30 Degree Fuel Filler Connection Hose
6x6" 90' bend -
2" ID x 90 Degree Fuel Filler Hose
2" coupler -
2" OD Fuel Filler Hose Coupler
If you can find an area to mount straps to secure it, then another option might (
or might not, I don't know how sharp a bend is needed to fit in the available space on the vehicle, nor how sharply this flexible hose can bend) be a couple feet (and cut off excess) of flexible fuel line like this, "IF" yours is 2" as per the example above, except they happen to be out of stock of this particular example but other places carry it too:
Tanks, Inc. manufactures fuel system components and polyethylene, steel and stainless steel gas tanks for street rods and special interest vehicles.

Notice that they recommend double-clamping the flexible fuel hose.
Here is a place with much longer pieces, of the rigid hose with bends molded in, and if you provided the info above in #1 thru #4 to them, and that first picture in this topic (20241002_214648-jpg), they might be able to advise what combo of parts that they sell which would work:
