I am awaiting delivery of my Explorer Sport any day, and I would like to get some parts on order.

Exhaust Questions:

I have heard the Magnaflow on their website. Has anyone installed this on their Sport and if so, can you post a clip? Are you happy? Did you have to cut the stock system to remove it?

I also wonder about cutting the stock mufflers and resonators and installing Stainless Two Chamber Flowmasters or possibly Corsa and stainless flowtubes in place of the resonators. I have heard the Flowmasters on an Edge and they sound great http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JltmgMWQhMY

Any other exhaust samples would be appreciated.

Also, has anyone found a way of mounting gauges? I am considering this piece in replacement of the centre dash speaker, but interested in learning what others have done.

livernois is working with corsa on making a bolt in catback. very pricey, but looks top notch. magnaflow kit does require you to cut the midpipes, and early kits had the wrong hanger for the trailer hitch explorers. Price is great though.

as for gauge pods, haven't seen anything yet, but I'd love for someone to come out with something that fits and looks like it could have been stock. I really want to add a boost gauge. I have the torque pro app, but I'm not running the app on my phone every time I'm driving, I just enjoy romping on the gas and seeing that boost gauge climb! lol

I cannot understand the lack of twin boost gauges, oil pressure gauge and voltmeter(especially when the vehicle is electronically optioned). If not analog gauge cluster, it could have been incorporated in the My Touch screen(s).
