Have a 2014 Ford Explorer. Had the battery changed at the dealership and now my keypad on the door does not work. It lights up when you unlock truck via keyless remote, but pressing numbers do nothing. Is there a way that this could of simply been disabled due to the battery change? Any Procedure to re enable or troubleshoot? Thanks for the help.

I don't see why changing the battery should affect the operation of the Securicode keypad. Do the pad numbers light up when you touch the pad? Are you able to lock the vehicle using the keypad?

Keypad Lights, but not when touched. Small light at top blinks when keys are touched. Cannot lock doors with keypad. Keys are disabled or just not working.

Thanks for the assistance!

You could try disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes before reconnecting to see if that might help. You will likely lose some saved memory functions though.
