2014 SPORT sunroof initialization needed

I've replaced my sunroof motor and it does work with some weird issues.

Push tilt acts like one button slide open
Pull tilt nothing happens
Push slide --sunroof opens but only holding the button the entire time
Pull slide closes but holding the button the entire time.

Non Motorcraft motor fyi

I've tired a bunch of reset processes but none of them seem to work.

Would be nice to have it operate as it should. Any help would be awesome.

If you have already tried the above then the motor you have may not be "programmable" like the factory unit. The shade and glass are separate motors. Did you only replace one?
