2015 PIU steering wheel AUX 1-4

My apologies, that's correct what I used 0202 2806 is what works with those issues of buttons not responding properly. Is it possible the harness or switch pack be malfunctioning?
If you've done the SCCM and IPC, the switch pack will likely be the culprit.

Hi, make sure you order the right one from your PIU steering wheel, if it had MUTE/MEDIA buttons, make sure you buy the switch pack with the proper buttons.

Does your left switch pack work?

You'll also have to remove the steering wheel again to replace the switch packs.

Yes left cruise and ok buttons work fine . Buttons are seek, volume, phone and mute. Ok and arrows . Removing and replace not an issue.

You'll have to locate a switch pack from a junkyard or something. You'll also have to take the steering wheel further apart, there are 3 screws holding the trim piece on. Be careful removing it as the wiring is attached to the trim piece.
