2016 explorer tpms

I have had a new sensor installed. It is oem ford. It’s doing the same thing the old one was doing no air pressure reading 2 dashes. So I tried the automatic relearn where you go on off ignition and brake pedal sequence with new sensor didn’t work. Then I bought a tool that’s supposed to wake it up drove it for a while also. Tried letting air out which worked on first tire but not tire with new sensor. I also tried with tool which works until I get to new sensor. Do I need to take ford?

I would post pictures of sensor and tool but it will not won’t let me have that option part number of tool is el-50448 for ford and gm and the sensor is f2gt-1a189-a 315mhz

That sensor part on the Ford website shows as obsolete or invalid. On the Levittown Ford site, it also does not show up.
