Welcome to the Forum.
This seems to be a problem in Manila.;)
Have you checked the settings to see if the feature is enabled?
The member you quoted was last seen here on Feb. 2, 2016, so I doubt you will get an answer.

Thank you :)

I tried asking the local dealer here and they also have no idea. I have the option for both auto lock and unlock on the settings and I've already tried unchecking and checking the feature but it's still not working. but the auto unlock by opening the driver door works just fine. I've also tried the method on the manual and youtube and I'm not getting the beep or horn 😅

I wonder if it could be a control module issue in that it doesn't seem to be sensing that the vehicle has exceeded the speed required to engage the auto-lock feature? Just a guess. :dunno:

I found this doing an Internet search but I can't comment on whether it will work or not or if it will affect the auto-unlock

How do you reset an automatic car door?

Q: How do you activate or deactivate the Auto Lock feature?
  1. Put the key in the ignition and turn it to on.
  2. Press the Unlock button three times.
  3. Turn the ignition off.
  4. Press the Unlock button three more times.
  5. Turn the ignition back to on.
  6. The horn should beep once. ...
  7. Press the Unlock button, then press Lock again

Ok, thank you for your feedback. I'll try to have someone check this. 😁
