2020 Explorer XLT with 2.3L Intercooler upgrade

I was looking at the upgradable Intercooler intake for the ST. I was wondering it would be ok to added it my XLT ? It could only improve the cooling right ?

I don't think it will fit unless you do a lot of modifications. If you do a web search no one seems to have one for the 2.3
