2020 platinum trans issue

having issue with my 2020 platinum trans was rebuilt by ford but still not a smooth shift as i drive and as i come to a stop actually feels like a standard dealer says they can find any issue

I’d check the tranny fluid. They are always filled low on these vehicles and cause rough shifting sometimes. Hopefully will be that easy fix.

There’s a dipstick on top of the transmission, kind of hard to get to.

My self I would either go back to Ford or have a good service shop do it.

Besides proper oil level, try to reset what the transmission learnt by erasing the so called "adaptation".
In my case it helped to smoothe out most of hard shifts when I bought mine with 30k miles on it.
Pretty easy with Forscan.
