275/55/20 Tires on, No Lift (yet)

I just put some 275/55/20 Fuzion tires on, and love them! I got them cheap through my work, so I decided to give them a shot. They are just a tad loud, but that is compared to the highway pattern tires I had before. These definitely look like they will be up to the winter snow ahead! They don't look that big here, but they are HUGE compared to stock size! Really filled out the wheelwells. Now, to paint the calipers and replace the rotors and pads! Oh, and I have a little project started with the rear toe links, you guys will be very interested to see what I have planned!

The rims are okay. I am not a huge fan, but, they were cheap. They are peeling pretty bad, so I am thinking of getting them blasted and rechromed, if I can get it cheap enough. Or, maybe black centers with chrome lips. I am also thinking about getting a small 1 to 2 inch lift, and maybe going with a wheel with a little less positive offset.

New to the Forum. 2002 Explorer Eddie Bauer. Just sold my Mini All 4 and looking to up my Explorer's look. I want to do something like this with it.
The rims are Fuel Zephyr Beadlock D100 17 X 9 with Micky Thompson tires. Would I need to do a body lift to run these?
