2nd gen mass air

So I went to the local boneyard today and found a 2nd gen that I am gonna get some parts off of. My question is, does anyone know if the mass air sensor from a 4.0 sohc will work on a 4.0 ohv engine? I wasn't able to find out the year of the possible donor rig but I am thinking 97 or so. Thanks ya'll.

When I was trying to find a MAF for my '95, none of the plugs worked, regardless of engine, unless it was a '95 MAF...

K thanks, what about the airbox itself? I gotta replace my filter assembly. It is a trashed K&N that was on my rig when I got it and I would rather put on a factory airbox.

The airboxes were fine, as long as it's the round one currently on your rig. That all interchanges.
