when you switch from the two piece to the one piece, you have to swap to alignment washers for the adjustment. The alingment kit comes with four washers.

Do you swap all four washers or just the two on the right side?

When i did mine i just swapped them on both sides to have the same parts on both sides.

it took me about a hour and half to do both sides. it was easy
tips, unscrew the antilock wire. #8 mm
did not use a press on bottom ball joint, just a big hammer
I put the new joints in the freezer for couple days, went in easy.

oh you got to leave the top loose in order for the spindle to go back on.

and stock FORD are TRW joints. I think I would stay away from TRW parts
