3.0L balance

I just bought a 2002 Ranger Edge 3.0L/5spd/4:10 gears with a spun rod bearing. I found a replacement 3.0 out of a 2003 auto truck. Will the 3.0's balance be intact if I swap my clutch assy onto the engine from the auto truck? Is the 3.0 internally balanced?

Yes it will be balanced.The flywheel is balanced,and it does not balance the engine.In the front is a harmonic balancer that does the trick.
