3 hour's of clay baring waxing..what do you think of my hard work?

after 3 hour's of caly baring and waxing..im finnaly done!!..it's as smoth as glass and look's brand new..i now belive in the clay bar!! that thing get's everything out of the paint!!

Very nice. I like the reflection of the trees in the one. The clay bar is an amazing thing, isnt it.

oh this ain't the first time..lol i use "griots" with orbital sander..very nice with the sander..much faster

and don't worrie guy's..soon as i get my licn..this thing will be COVERED in mud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..then i will have to clean it again..lol

BTW.have you tryed the clay bar?..it will help blend where your pinstripe was to the rest of the truck

I havn't tried a clay bar yet... doing car work here at school is a cumberson process (I'm living on campus this year). I also am not sure what type of clar bar to use yet =P

That's absolutely amazing how well the rest of the garage relfected off the X!!!!! The Limited too! It looks like a nature scene painted on, but better!

Wow...haven't been here for a day and already gotten so many posts here. LOL

Here's what I used:

Blue Magic clay bar
3M SMR with PC speed set around 4
Klasse AIO with PC speed set around 3 or 4
Klasse SG x 4 coats by hand
Topping if off with S100

i used the whole "Griots" paint care kit..with a orbital sander we got from them also..it's pretty pricey stuff tho..the kit with the sander was like $350..but that's with wax/clay bar/leather cleaner/speed shine..ect

Phew...way too expensive!! My PC cost $100, the waxes and clay bar total costs like $50 and achieve a similar result.

the orbital sander was the most expensive thing there..but this had carpet shampo, leather cleaner conditioner..ect all in the pack

Looks very nice. Its got that new paint shine again. You don't realize how bad your paint is until you use the clay. Can't beet this shine though
