Today i leveled my 97 sport. The Fenders are sitting approx 34.5-35in off the ground all the way around. No tt for the pass side but the drivers side is maxed out and war shaq. I have 255/70/16 stock on there now which is about 30in i want 15's with 32's but summit has a killer deal on 31s this is mainly for look, i noticed my x sits considerably higher than most. 32s look like no problem to me maybe a very minute bit of trimming. Will this work and yes i have the big grey sport fenders whats stock wheel well opening hieght? is 35in clearence pretty good? pics of 31 and 32 would help me in deciding too!!!

31s are a safe bet. 32s might be pushing it, but if you done a TT and shackles then you may be good to go.

wow your truck must have been really uneven for no TT on one side..... 97GRsport has TT shackels and 4-door pack look for a pic of his truck he is running 31x10.50 on a 15x8 it looks really good with 31's btw his fenders sit at 35'.

32's

32's should fit fine. I've got 265/75R16's on my sport. (aprox 31.9"x10.5") Here's a couple pics... 2nd one shows the only trimming i had to do, it was all plastic, and not visible from the outside. no rubbing, even at flex.

thats his with lifted 2 inches F-150 leafs,warrior shackles,and a torsion twist

yes my x was really low on the drivers side, 32in now up to 34.75in its pretty damn level im gonna go for the 32s as far as rubbing.....could i have them put on and be able to drive 15mi across town or do i need to put them on and test fit then trim

you want to put them on and turn the wheels were ebver they rub..trim...then drive around and periodiclly stop when you hear or see rubbing mark it and when you get home trim it. IF you really want to get specfic flex it and then trim somemore.

if you have mud flaps on the front take them off (the back will be fine), it will rub there. Also if it's gunna rub it will be at about half turn. Check the bumper and the trim toward the back.

most likeley al the trimming that you will be doing is "tupperware" trimming.

go with the 32"s

was the BL on in that pic? doesnt look like it any trimming with the 11.5in wide. if there was no body lift in that pic do you know what your fender height was

yeah the 3" BL is on there. NO trimming was need even with the "tubberware" on but i still removed it bc of all the mud that got cloged in it. I measured once but dont remember the height on the fenders.

I just put 32x11.50s on my Ex today. fit with no problems with the warrior shackles and TT. Can't beat the prices on tires. Kumho M/Ts for 110.

just go with 32's if there is trimming and it is to much take them back get a refund and go with 31's.
