ok one more question will i have to do double AAl or just one?

Wow.. I would honestly run 4:10 gears (just in rear), That should run good if yer running big TIres, just from young Experince I was only nine,My stepdad had 86" Toyota Pickup (Xtra Cab?) SR5 Lifted runnin 39.5' M/T Bajas on only a 2.2 RE Toyota Motor, It had trail master suspension, and some 2 or more body blocks(lift),,,roll bar,Kcs, the werkz

That Joint of yours would make it through "puddles just as fast as a 4x4 model would"Running those gears
Is it 4x4

Thats a Toyota, without the proper gear ratio it will be sluggish and you will put more stress on the drivetrain.

is a 2wd Teck so i should run 4:10 or 4:56 gears?

If you search around the site you'll find for 35s most of the guys run 4.56s. I have 4.10s with 33s and it does well around town and on the trail.

Maxxis tires wear way too fast to use on the street.
I've had both bfg a/t's and bridgestone dueler a/t's , I like the bridgestones more but they're both really good tires.
I have 32's on my 2wd right now and want to go to 33's or 35's sometime,
With 35's though I would worry about how much stress it would put on your stock ifs parts,
you'll probably have to replace ball joints, tie rod ends and wheel bearings alot more than you normally would.
As for add a leafs I know there's comanys that custom make leaf packs for your specific needs, so instead of doing 2 add a leafs you could get a 3 inch lift leaf pack to match the spindles and then do an add a leaf from there to level it out if you do tt.

If any of you guys with 2wd and big tires read this let us know how you got it to work and what the drawbacks of it are.

Shackles and custom leaf pack would be better, with a custom arched leaf pack you'd have to get the AAL pack arched to fit.
