Just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your ability to utilize OE parts like the struts and ball joints making it easy to fix down the road with parts easily attainable at any auto parts store versus one off everything only from you or custom made..
And for you sir two big thumbs up

Thanks that was my goal in mind with this is to keep it as much bolt on as possible to be completely able to make it back to stock if wanted and to use parts that anyone can get.
Thanks again for your kind words. It makes the risk all worth it.
Duner, your ex looks mean. I love the stance. Im just running strut spacers and a body lift but i would love to get a lift like this. Are you thinking about selling these in the near future?
Mine is on the road and is a blast to drive. I still have to get the final prototype on the truck I still have the first run on. This weekend I am putting the second run on the front and it will be a full 6" kit with 2" extra in spacer lift. for 8" total from stock. Same on the rear when I get time in the next few weeks. I am going to have to be creative in the option I offer with this kit because the cost to produce it as a full kit is right about what I was thinking about pricing them and thats no profit. These kits are not cheap because all of the bracketry and 4 control arms that are involved to make it work. I have so many hours/weeks involved in evolving the CAD drawings to get this to work. I may sell the flat pattern brackets and let the buyer form and weld them up and they can have someone like BTF build the control arms. This way I may be able to offer the kit cheaper to everyone.
It is a tie in for the differential drop bracket to the rear cross plate and a skid plate bolts to both to tie them together. I dont have the final run brackets on yet so that is why I dont have it bolted on. I am putting the final run brackets for the front on this weekend and the rear soon. I have everything at the shop and ready to go on just need the time.
I wondered what my explorer might look like with this lift so I photoshopped the colors. I uploaded the .psd if any of you want to mess around with it to see what your ex might look like. Layer 4 is the one you want to mess with (image>adjustments>color balance or image>adjustments>hue/saturation).
