3rd Gen Hitchless rear bumper?

Was there ever a bumper made for the 3rd gen explorers that did not have the hole for the hitch? I have been looking everywhere to no avail and have heard of the 3rd gen without a hitch package.

Can anyone help lead me in the right direction or confirm there isnt a bumper without that cut out?

There was never a bumper without the hole for the hitch on a 3rd gen. The only option was whether you got the normal 1.25" receiver or the stronger 2" receiver.
