Photos 3rd gen pic's

Here in Florida, loads of punk ass kids drive retired police cars. They buy them at auction for really cheap and black out all the windows and make them look exactly like police cars. Then they add really loud stereo systems that make the trunk f**king rattle. They even buy novelty license plates that are yellow just like the County police car plates. It's all legal down here. They just can't have emergency lights.

Ill agree to that. It is really abnoxious. However I like the loud systems when done correctly. Nothing upsets me more than spending 3k on a sound system and not remembering or caring to sound deaden the entire vehicle.

I love looking at everyone else's for inspiration, I'm afraid to do any other big changes, I have 156,000 miles and although she is still running all smooth I am still scared! Definitely going to get a fourth generation ex when it comes time!

What paint have you used on the trim to get it to stick on there? How is it holding up?

Yes, I am a volunteer firefighter/EMT however I rarely ride anymore. I'm now a police cadet and a lot of my time is spent on that.

I used a rustoliem flat black paint, so far its been holding up great. Have not had any problems so far. The wheels I used plastidip.

Looking good! Let me guess the MPGs :p: 10-12mpg.

yeah I ordered everything from ebay. I just ordered the tail lights yesterday. I'll post pics when I get them.

How's the quality? I've heard horror stories of Ebay headlight housings. Thinking about buying black out ones, that way I don't jack mine up doing it my self.

Well the towing went great today. It pulled the car well, no problems. after dropping the car off we went and picked some other stuff up

First time towing with the explorer and it did great! average mpg was about 11-12

I don't see any difference from the stock headlights just the color. so I would recommend u to buy some.

Yeah, I have done a lot of reading on the ways to do it. I would just rather buy them myself. I just have avoided it so far because I'm worried about ebay housing.

i've had mine for over a year. survived a michigan winter and plenty of mud and loose trees on trails, still holding up great

I go through girlfriends so often they don't really get the chance to complain about how much money I spend. Consequently, I end up spending too much money on said girlfriends so I have less for the ex. It's a WIN/WIN and a LOSE/LOSE :/
