Wow, but that is good if it's fixed.
Those two bolts specifically have a special tightening procedure. They both are supposed to be new bolts, not used. They are tightened by torque wrench to a certain mild torque, and then turned a certain amount more in degrees. One goes 90 degrees past the torque setting, and the other is 270 degrees I believe. Those are hard to tighten that way, the shop likely just cheated and used an impact wrench, and got them wrong. Regards,
