4.0 with 4speed Auto, no mods, missing while under load

My '94 Explorer recently had a tank of very bad gas that fouled up my fuel filter and knocked my engine down to barely running on 4 out of 6 cylinders. I replaced the filter, all six plugs and drained the tank and I am currently running a 1/2 tank of 91 octane with a bottle of injector cleaner. My problem is, when it's in Park or neutral it revs perfectly fine and it idles very smoothly, but when I try to drive away, in forward and reverse, it starts missing once the engine gets to about 2500 rpm. Under way however, it only starts missing intermittently.

Any and all help on this will be greatly appreciated.
